The sanctuary that leaves you feeling safe enough to master your entire life

Call me KA

Hi! I’m KerryAnne (and you can call me KA)

I’m a trauma-informed coach, transformational facilitator, sound healer and professional speaker devoted to healing the mind, body and soul through NLP, sound healing, somatic integration, addiction & recovery counseling, subconscious rewiring and sacred ritual.

A former NFL cheerleader turned healer, I bridge the worlds of high-performance leadership and deep ancestral healing. I also curate 1-on-1 and private retreats - where high performers, their families and executive teams rewire for success on the mind, body, heart and soul level.

My work is informed not just by training, but by life-raised by two disabled parents, I carry lived experience in resilience, empathy, and navigating complexity with grace. Today, I supports clients through sound healing, trauma release, NLP, spiritual awakening, body-based remembrance, and oracle readings, offering grounded containers that honor both the nervous system and the soul.

Known for my presence, precision, and emotional depth, I weave the sacred and the strategic, helping others reclaim their truth without bypassing their humanity. Whether in private sessions, ceremony, or on stage, I invite people into radical honesty, embodied power, and deep relationship with the sacred.

My work is not performance-it’s my life long devotion.

  • The role of dance, self-expression, and resilience in her healing journey

  • Why “high performance” is often rooted in trauma responses

  • How plant medicine, somatic healing, and subconscious reprogramming work together

  • "Without exaggeration KerryAnne completely changed my daughter’s life. This phrase is tossed around often, but I’m not sure what my daughter’s future would have looked like without her work with KerryAnne. My daughter was 18 years old when she first started meeting with her. School has never really clicked for my daughter. Throughout high school, it became clear that she was not going to go the traditional college route. When they first started meeting, my daughter had a vague notion that she wanted to be a seamstress. As a father, I never want to discourage my kids from their dreams. Quietly I had concerns about whether this could be a viable source of income. Over the next few months KerryAnne worked with her to build a brand, website, and file business documents. I would hear my daughter talk about business with excitement and see her motivated about life in a way that I had never witnessed. When this vision for her life connected with her passion, her sewing skills took off. Within a year of working with KerryAnne, she was one of only four fashion designers in a runway show - the other designers were all older than forty. The two of us traveled to Italy to scout out moving there and starting her fashion career. I’ve always had a deep love for my daughter. We’ve been close since she was a baby. But I wasn’t sure how to usher her into adulthood. I used to be scared for her. It wasn’t clear to me what her path to independence would be. And now, not only does she have that path, but I have complete confidence that she has a beautiful path of her own making and that she is blossoming in as a person, as an artist, and as a human being. Again, I have no idea where my daughter would be without KerryAnne. But I cry tears of gratitude for her as I write this."

    -Chad G. (Denver, CO)

  • "I met KerryAnne at a career fair with my school and from the moment we talked, it was an electric energy. She took the time to reach out to me and schedule mentorship meetings each month to help me reach my personal and professional goals. I’ve learned different ways to think and talk about my emotions. It’s been a reflective experience, and I’ve grown a lot from it. I am happy I got to connect with her!"

Living a Values Led Life

From the Danger Den house in Austin, host Danger Foley sits down with KerryAnne Kelley- a mission-driven speaker, coach, and creative leader who has worked with families, founders, and high-performers. They unpack what it takes to build a values-led life and creative practice: balancing structure and flow, preventing burnout, having hard conversations with empathy, and leading from service rather than ego.

KerryAnne shares her path (speaker, mentor, wellness/psychedelic consulting, NFL cheerleader) and the tools she uses to help people “meet and break their karma”—reconnecting to intuition, setting boundaries, and designing systems that support real life. You’ll also hear behind-the-scenes lessons from a packed SXSW week: team dynamics, abundance mindset, and why asking for help creates magnetism.
